AvoidanceIt is essential to have the phone numbers of EVERYONE you have ever met, so that if they ring you, you know who they are and can ignore their call, as opposed to accidentally picking up. I've managed to avoid most of my ex-Uni 'mates' (who, in reality, were a bunch of caarnts) with this simple and effective technique.
