Essential ItemsOur friend always carries 30ft of lightweight rope with him. We took the piss until we heard he got stuck in a lift, and managed to get everyone out in 5 mins.

KeysI rarely move without being attached to a bicycle, so I always make sure i have my pump, puncture repair kit and a multitool on me. Oh and a can of WD40 because there is nothing it can't do.
