Essential ItemsOur friend always carries 30ft of lightweight rope with him. We took the piss until we heard he got stuck in a lift, and managed to get everyone out in 5 mins.

Brazil NutsI have a life threatening allergic reaction to Brazil Nuts (I end up in hospital with heart monitors, blood pressure monitors,O2 mask and IV drip)
I have to carry a EpiPen Auto-Injector for emergency treatment of anaphylactic shock. I just pop off the grey cap and jab the pen into my thigh muscle.
Never had to use it but it stays with me all of the time.
