Essential ItemsOur friend always carries 30ft of lightweight rope with him. We took the piss until we heard he got stuck in a lift, and managed to get everyone out in 5 mins.

PebblesThis is strange I know but I never, ever, ever go anywhere without two small rocks in my pocket. They are just always there. I collect them in pairs from places that I visit and the carry them with me a"t all times, taking turns to give each one an airing"
As I am writing this I am becoming increasingly aware of how odd this makes me sound, but I'm not really honestly, this just gives me some kind of calming feeling
