Evil Pranks
As a student Joel Veitch attached a hose from the sink into my bed. I slowly woke thinking I'd pissed myself. I had the last laugh though. He had to pay for my ruined mattress.

The fine is a bit harsh.
Sure he was a twunt, but he was only joking. A £50 or maybe a £100 fine would be more acceptable. Good read though, so you get a click.
