SimilarThere was one in the computer press around 10-15 years ago where a guy had written a mailshot to target the company's top 10,000 customers.
He set up a test customer called Mr Rich Bastard. Needless to say 10,000 people all received the same letter; "Dear Mr Bastard,..."
