thank youthe bank said that orange could deal with it and orange said the bank had to deal with it but it took 3 days of being on hold and crying down the phone before anything could be done. Im now just waiting til pay day to pay my way out of my 18 month contract. Ofcom said the only way i could get compensation was to go through the companies complaints process but they said it could take up to 3 months!
