Isn't thiswhat everyone does for every GCSE coursework involving "investigation"? It's usually this, or one person actually does it and everyone makes variations on his answers, or everyone does a tiny bit of work and combines it.
Maths was an exceptional joke: since you had to find the same formula, we just copied off the guy who worked it out first!
