Maybe I've put a little bit too much thought into this...But I always thought that they were ALL fake on 'Tallulah-The-Triple-Titted-Tart From Mars'.
If memory serves the breasticles on display were of admirable size...How could they make a gap inbetween two jubblies that were big enough to fit an entire third one in?
Perhaps it was a flat-chested 'respectable actress' who had the rack stapled on by Industrial Light and Magic or whoever it was...
