I suppose in my clumsy and ineloquent wayI was attempting to suggest that our perception of "improvement" isn't necessarily in keeping with an evolutionary adaption which enables a species to better cope with it's environment.
A T-Rex and a chicken share a common ancestor...

Neitzsche's point is somewhat disturbing when you think about it... Humankind has become "tamed" I suppose, along with many creatures we've attempted to domesticate.
