False EconomiesSometimes the cheapest option isn't the right one. I fondly remember my neighbours going to a well-known catalogue-based store and buying the cheapest lawnmower they stocked. yeah i have tried all this - with an official Apple cable no problem charging......until the cable gives up the ghost.
Any other cable from any other manufacturer just works intermittently and then just stops after a few weeks.
