Jake Burns = top blokeFew years back I stopped off at a pub in Oxford on my way home for a cheeky pint and read of the paper.
Became aware of muso talk going on and a Northern Irish accent.
Well, SLF was the first band I ever saw live, so I ended up chatting with him - the band had played in the Midlands the previous night and were on the South Coast the next evening, so they were stopping over in Oxford.
Very pleasant half hour of conversation before I needed to get my bus.
