I have a healthy aversion towards meds
and I also agree with drimble. I have no plans to let my health deteriorate, just want to get out of this funk! Seeing a therapist; some good things there too. Most of all I have to be patient, which is good in itself. Funnily enough, it's the small things that seem to niggle most. Getting out of the front door is an achievement some days! Time to spring clean - never felt this dread before. Thanks for the input ringo - there's nothing better than good advice!
