True. Shop around. Mine is good - not too much chat, more medically orientated. Trying meds is worth it, if only to establish whether they work for you, or not.
I also cut down massively on drinking, it's an eye opener how much it affects you. Grog, recreational drugs and ciggies are all forms of self medication, might as well go one step further and give the meds a go.
