I change mine every few months (and I still get plenty of nookie)I prefer soft, slept in sheets to crunchy, uncomfortable new ones that smell fake. I hate putting new sheets on as well, so this works out fine and dandy for me. They never smell and neither do I. This is not just my own opinion. =p
