This is a question How clean is your house?

"Part of my kitchen floor are thick with dust, grease, part of a broken mug, a few mummified oven-chips, a desiccated used teabag and a couple of pieces of cutlery", says Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic. To most people, that's filth. To some of us, that's dinner. Tell us about squalid homes or obsessive cleaners.

Cotton lined gloves and Dr. Bronner's soap
As someone with ridiculously sensitive skin AND a latex allergy...you can get nitrile gloves or vinyl gloves lined with cotton. They're actually quite nice. And for washing liquid, most are full of detergents. Not good. But if Dr. Bronner's soap is available, it's great stuff, and should work fairly well. Or if that's unavailable just go to some hippie shop or health food shop and ask for liquid castile soap. It's not as good at removing grease, but it works fairly well.
