I was once on a suspiciously empty flight from West Africa to France
We departed from Dakar, landed again a very short time afterwards with no warning and about 200 stinking and evil looking men clambered on board. No hand luggage, nothing but the filthy civvy clothes they had on.
I suspect French Foreign Legion. I have no idea where they'd been but I'm fairly sure they hadn't encountered any water other than for drinking in weeks and that they'd been up to no good.
I'll never be able to erase the memory of how bad those people stank, and I work with pigs and shit.
