Gad sir...... the smelliest foreigners I've ever encountered were a row of Russian merchant seamen at the entrance to the Imperial War Museum. All of 'em had gag-inducing BO that you could feel attaching to your own skin. Since they're white, I can gripe about them being whiffy foreigners without anyone questioning my right-on-ness.
