Probably about the same success rate...... as pouncing on any guy at any time.
At a conservative estimate, at least 95% of available guys being pounced by anyone not actually toxic are going to succumb.

AgreedThis qotw should have two strands, one for guys, who struggle and work hard to impress girls, the other strand for girls, who show a bit more cleavage, and guarantee that whatever they say will work a charm.
