How have you creatively sabotaged other people's food to get you own back? Just how petty were your reasons for doing it? Did they swallow?

The hardest part is going to a foreign country, armed only with the following phrase in the local language, "I can't eat gluten or wheat."
"Is bread OK?" Oh dear lord.
