Evidence that you're getting oldYouthful as I am, I realised yesterday that I no-longer know, or care, who is #1 in the charts. Furthermore, it takes all day to get rid of a hangover and I now seem to have a profound interest in gardening. Worst is that I now use words like 'furthermore'.
What makes you think that you are getting old?

Bloody KidsI was at a David Bowie concert here in Edmonton as a first aid volunteer. My partner for the night was a young lady of about 23 or 24. I'm 35.
I spent some time telling her about The Bowie and His Greatness, but she hadn't really heard much of his stuff.
Eventually Bowie does a duet with his backing guitarist / singer of "Under Pressure" and of course my partner pipes up with "I know this one! It's that song by Vanilla Ice!".
I'm just glad it was dark in there, because the look I gave her...
