I don't actually care what colour they are
.. but somehow I really need to know why they aren't consistent. You'd expect something as straightforward as poop to have a timeless quality.

I last saw one in 1978 and i'm genuinely proud i can remember how they wouldnt stay on the end of the stick when you chased your best mates sister round the garden unless you poured water on it and let it soak for a while first.
