I totally get the point of this storyit is a perfect example of the irrelevant, sometimes even irrational views that you start to form as you get older. The story is exactly what this QOTW is about.
Even so, knowing that, I still find myself thinking "Yes, but she WILL be cold".
Time for a nice cup of tea, I think.
