Normal office gas lift chairs...... are only rated for about 16 stone, so the company needs to get him a sturdier model before he gets on the blower to Claims Direct.
If not, can I suggest that you instead set up a camcorder to capture the next such fall from grace and claim 250 quids from You've Been Framed.
