my first girlfriendwas a rather feisty feminist.
Once we were at a 'gig' (as I believe they're called) featuring the all-female metal band Nitocris.
She, seeing Nitocris hanging around near the stage, asked 'are they the band's girlfriends?'
She was most embarrassed.
