Yeah, I knowI was just posting a reply for the sake of it, as you were concerned about the lack of response!
I do have strong opinions about bread and toast though. For example, I rarely eat white bread, because I don't particularly like it. I prefer the brown/wholemeal/with-bits-in stuff. But if I'm applying a sweet topping, such as jam, to my bread, it's better if the bread's white.
Also, white bread is as good as brown when toasted. But all toast should only have savoury toppings. Jam on toast is wrong in my book.
