In the land of the blindA few years ago I was working in a small company as the only IT support person. This lady said she had a problem with her PC so I walked over to her desk to find out what was wrong. The problem was a straightforward one to fix, so I started off by saying 'Go to My Computer...' At that point she stood up and walked over to my desk and patiently waited for her next instruction.
It took me a few seconds to twig what she was doing, then I had to explain to her that I meant for her to CLICK on My Computer. Special.
