Was it true...?That story a few years back, when a headmaster (allegedly) made his pupils wear protective goggles when playing conkers?

from what i rememberhe was using it to illustrate what he saw as the stupidity of health and safety laws. there was no real reason for the conker-playing kids to be kitted out like that and no law to say that they should be, he just chose that scenario and ran with it.
