None of the pubs I've been to in Irelandare anything like the "Irish pubs" we have in this country. They're very much an English invention. Mainly having been invented by people that think "De Oirish Talk Loike Dis".
Anyone getting caught drawing a shamrock on the head of a pint of Guinness over there gets whipped with a bicylce chain. True fact.
