BEFORE you judge...... you'd really have to meet Colin to understand.
He was one of those people who somehow manages to raise the stress & anxiety of people around him, just by being there.
He was a nice enough fellow and we all got along, but he could just never laugh and accept a joke.
Before you condemn our actions, try to imagine yourself living with someone who is wound up so tight you can feel it in the air and ask yourself, what would you do to try and get them to unwind a bit? Take them out socially? (tried & failed), tell them some jokes? (tried & failed), involve them in some communal fun/game etc? (tried & failed).
Like I said, the guy was permanently ready to snap.
