Unless you're studying law a better use of your, or your parents', money would be to do an apprenticeship or just start working and study anything deemed necessary with the likes of Open University.
The government have already declared that those doing apprenticeship schemes earn more than university graduates in their first job and I've yet to see any evidence that graduates end up being paid more in the long term either.
