Accidental innuendo
Freddy Woo writes, "A woman I used to work with once walked into a car workshop to get her windscreen replaced, and uttered the immortal line, "Have you seen the size of my crack?"
What innuendos have you accidentally walked into? Are you a 1970s Carry On film character?
Extra points for the inappropriateness of the context

A friend of mine a couple of years back
He was having a discussion about ATM machines and charges made by some of them. He came out with this gem:
"If you put it in the wrong hole, they charge you extra..."
We made a whole book of these.

Aha!
It's an ATM, not an ATM machine. The M in ATM stands for machine anyway. No point saying it twice.
