I'm ok with themso long as I remember to put a new one on each morning and take the old one off. Hot flushes and fainting ensues otherwise
Ahh but if I go cold turkey I get the shakes and sweat a lot. This way is much easier once I've done the 4 week cutting down of patches. In theory at least anyway
