Accidental innuendo
Freddy Woo writes, "A woman I used to work with once walked into a car workshop to get her windscreen replaced, and uttered the immortal line, "Have you seen the size of my crack?"
What innuendos have you accidentally walked into? Are you a 1970s Carry On film character?
Extra points for the inappropriateness of the context

Yeah, I know
I got to work, and when I went to make my first entry (just to remain on topic...) of the day in my lab book, I wrote down the date in the margin. It occurred to me that the date was familiar for some reason, then I remembered that I had a pile of presents waiting for me at home.
I had even forgotten about them.
I now write down important things which I have to remember. Although I have to remember:
a) to do this in the first place, and
b) to check for notes.
Sometimes I worry about the way my brain works. I really do.
