Evening!As a matter of fact, my bottom is pretty much recovered. Pain has moved to my lower back and shoulders. Wrists are still quite stiff though (fnaarrr).
Yes, I try to avoid the Walworth Road where possible, unless going to the East St Market for bargain fish and meat. And the Mixed Blessings bakery of course.
