This is a question Crazy People off the Internet

The internet is full of mental. Ever been threatened with violence? Did it spill over into real life? Tell us your story. Or maybe you wish to buck the trend and tell us about the how you've met lots of quite nice, sane people.

I have this quack-pot theory
about /qotw.
The amount of overall pages related to the time when the bad puns begin is directly attributable to how shit the question is.

And I'm on the internet too!

I'm not so sure
sometimes the puns are very good indeed.

I agree, not all of the puns are bad.
But the earlier they arrive in the week, and the lower the no. of posts (or page count), generally the crappier the question.

I'm curious.
Are you drunk when you write these 'stories'?

Dry as a nun's nasty today.
But, yes sometimes I do imbibe the odd tipple whilst penning these internet opus.

Crack-pot?

Talk about the pot calling the kettle a duck
or sumting.

I'm calling fowl on that!

A little bit of wordplay -
a quack is someone who pretends to know what they're doing (saying) so any ideas they come up with must be quack-pot.
Also...

DUCK!

It seems like there's been a lot of steppage recently though

(, Sun 25 Nov 2012, 1:05, closed)
Myself included
But then we have the added variables of which of those who have been stepped do puns, how frequently and which "crappy" suggestions were they stepped for?
(, Sun 25 Nov 2012, 3:39, closed)
Out of interest/boredom at work,
What happens when stepped? Does Rob send you a stern email explaining why? Do the Mods sit you down for a lecture? Or suddenly do you find b3ta privileges removed, no reason given?
