Irrational Fears
My mate Dan is afraid of turning his back on a flushing toilet. "It'll suck me in", he says. Can you beat him with your own true story of an irrational fear?

Involving stairs
I had two irrational fears when i was younger - both involving stairs. Them stairs with the gaps inbetween - couldn't walk up them for fear of slipping through, which resulted in a fairly embarrassing incident when eleven, first day of school, bumshuffling to get up the stairs to my classroom.
The second - about halfway up a normal flight of stairs i'd get the feeling of being chased by an evil psycho bunny. I would then have to run away from said evilness - have still got scars on my forehead from falling over and cracking my head open.
All of above would have been solved if lifts would have been invented first!!!
