osolomeow, I know exactly what you mean about the twisty thing...... and if you step on a wonky paving slab with one foot, you have to do the same with the other... etc etc.
I am scared of deep water, and bridges, and boats. If I walk over a bridge I'm terrified that I'm going to fall over and slip under the railings (even is the gap is only half an inch thick)
