I am obsessivecompulsive, i am afraid of touching my brother or any thing he may have touched, but i getting over it slowly.
I also feel sick when I touch polystyrene packaging or chalk or when I hear somone else touch them. I always try to avoid them.
Its probably not irrationa but im afraid of heigths because when im high up i always what to jump.
I am really terifide of speaking in public and alway make a fool of myself when i do.
