SunglassesI was always told, when in the army, always remove sunglasses when talking to someone, because it allows eye contact, and makes them trust you more. There was also an advert for the Army with this on. Google any picture of American forces in Afgahanistan or Iraq, talking to a civilian- Blacked out sunglasses firmly clamped to their face. Simple, but effective way of alienation.
