I see your dilemmaOn one hand, if they aren't actually stopping a disabled person from using the space it's not really that terrible, but then again, disabled people are as entitled to shop at 10pm as everyone else and they just *might* actually prevent a disabled person from parking. So for that reason, I think the voice who gets annoyed with them is right. It's ok to assume nobody will need those spaces, but you can never be 100% sure.
