i hate it alsoBut I do think a lot of the writing was good. It captured a certain moment (even if it did seem to go on forever). As for the acting, mwah. Although Matt Perry was really good in studio 60. I think a lot of the negative commentary levelled at Friends could just as easily be about Frasier but for some reason that seems to be more acceptable. Probably because it hasn't been played to death on E4 and doesn't appeal to brain dead teenagers who think that stepping off the plane at jfk automatically entitles you to an authentic Friends style experience within 3 minutes of finding a boutique coffee house.
