"Needless to say, I had the last laugh"
Celebrity autobiographies are filled to the brim with self-righteous tales of smug oneupmanship. So, forget you had any shame, grab a coffee and a croissant, and tell us your smug tales of when you got one over somebody.
Thanks to Ring of Fire for the suggestion

I think you may have missed the point of my above post...
Now, this sounds very like an "I had the last laugh" but the guy concerned, Mark, has since been arrested for, guess what, phone and internet harassment (and possession, as a bonus!).
He has (and I know not how) spoofed the mobile number of a former friend and sent messages to his contacts and others he knows claiming said friend had dies. He did something similar with his facebook account. He also, when getting nicked, got caught with a small amount of individually wrapped bags of charlie (being dim, and keen to impress the youngsters he knocks about with, he thought it was cool to have several wraps on him to show off and to appear as though he dealt. He hadn't the sense to bottle it).
Clearly, this causes him problems and it's entirely of his own making.
I'm delighted, naturally, but I've taken several lessons from it.
1) Phone/Internet hassling can cause inappropriate levels of distress (despite being awfully funny).
2) There are usually proper channels in which to deal with disputes, especially in professional situations. Nor using them causes those you are responsible for to also misbehave, which causes headaches.
3) If someone is a complete fucking idiot, they will engineer their own downfall without outside help.
However, despite this new found maturity, I am thoroughly enjoying his discomfort; his arrest has prompted a whole load of work-related skeletons to tumble out of the closet and although he's not in any really significant legal trouble, all his other misdemeanours are catching up with him.
And, to cap it all, despite my car being flagged, despite regular stop and searches, despite a lot of friends disappearing into jail or elsewhere, I have remained out of trouble, been with my family and successful for over 2 years, which is, as I say, the best last laugh of all.
