Incorrect I'm afraid, I'm part of a large team of temps who all do a very good job. The fact that I perform far above the expected level in performance reviews is evidence of this. The main reason we are not permanent is we are classed as external staff, taking us on full time would require them to pay off my agency and increase my wage.
I also didn't start messing with the stationery untill it became clear they had no intention of taking me full time.
Please don't make presumptions about somthing you haven't got the slightest clue about.
