What's the difference between the two?
They both involve getting something shoved up your arse, so the technical details aren't really that important!

Endoscope goes down your throat. I've had an ERCP and while not remembering much, I do remember bening asked to clamp my mouth onto a plastic hole for the tube to feed through.

I thought an endoscopy was in the tradesmen's entrance too, just looking at a different bit.
I don't really fancy either, to be honest.
