Been thereThis happened to me at a radiohead gig a while back with two characters of exactly that size difference. The taller of the two (6 foot 4 at least) was that stoned (I presume) that he fell asleep standing up, something that didn't last for long and he fell back like an axed tree.
He lay on the floor stunned for a few seconds before a couple checked him over and established he was okay. After a minute or so, he got up.
The best part was that his mate standing next to him missed all of this completely and the tall bloke had to tell the story to him.
