At least they didn't try the hoary old legal wheezeof claiming that for the price you paid for it, you should have known it was a shitty laminate kitchen and not a solid oak one.

They touched on that. I mentioned that I had three quotes all that said Solid Oak as I had repeatedly asked for.I knew it was cheap but I'd never bought a kitchen before so didn't realise just how much more the real wood was.
