Legend had it that his coat was stuffed with cash. More recently I notice the guy who spends his day pushing a trolley round Camden Sainsburys shouting, "Best of luck!". Constantly. Additionally in cardySome wierd bloke was in the paper for writing on his house. He'd been having a grievance with the council over said house for 37 years or something. In response he spent all his time writing on the outside walls, and when the walls were full, boarded up the windows and wrote on those. In the end the council ripped all his signs down because they still owned the house, probably the cause of the original grievance.
