Buy the essential oilAnd measure very carefully. Most of the really nasty side effects are caused by stuff that is lost during the extraction. You can purify it still further using DSMO. (Google it and google 69Ron's "Triple E" Tech for Elemicin Extraction from Elemi Oil which should also work with nutmeg) Still gonna keep you going for a very long time though.
