the scariest thing is
that the NHS are suffering crippling cuts, so much weight loss surgery has been stopped, causing desperate people to try and buy this stuff online. even if it is the proper stuff, they're putting themselves at risk.
i don't blame the NHS, they're just trying to do what they can with what they've got.
